Background of the analysis
Our personality analysis is based on the "Big Five" (Goldberg, 1981), five personality dimensions which today are considered to be among the most empirically proven personality factors: Conscientiousness, neuroticism, extraversion, openness and agreeableness.
The model assumes that all people, regardless of their gender, age or culture, have the same basic characteristics, but differ in the degree to which these characteristics are expressed. Among other things, the Big Five form the basis of the widely known Five Factor Model (FFM) and the Neo-Five-Factor Inventory (NEO-FFI) by the two researchers Costa and McCrae.
