Background of the analysis

In the 1970s, Meredith Belbin studied the effects of the team composition of different personality types on team performance and identified nine different team roles. Our team analysis is based on this theory and has been used successfully by our clients for years.

Teamwork is more common today than ever before. Our team analysis shows the competences of the individual team members and how they can be optimally used in the team. This usually involves the following three questions:

Procedure of an analysis session

If possible, the team analysis should be carried out in one go. The process of carrying out your analysis is usually as follows:

  1. Log in and choose a password
  2. Read the instructions for the test procedure
  3. Conduct the personality analysis and any other analyses. The personality analysis takes about 45 minutes.
  4. The results or the evaluation can be viewed immediately after completion of the analysis and downloaded as a PDF file.

The team analysis uses a digitalised questionnaire to record which team roles are represented in your team. Furthermore, it shows the strengths and weaknesses of the individual roles, as well as the opportunities and risks of cooperation. You will also receive the documents for a short workshop to discuss the results and determine potential measures with the purchase of the analysis. The aim of the analysis and the workshop is to continuously improve the cooperation and thus bring about an increase in team performance.

The optimal use of a team analysis is in the following situations:
