Background of the analysis

360° feedback is characterised by the fact that a person is assessed from different perspectives. On the one hand, they assess themselves, and on the other hand, they receive anonymous feedback from superiors, peers and subordinates, or from external persons.

Through this information, the competencies and behaviour of the feedback recipient can be reliably captured.

Application of the 360° feedback

In 360° feedback, a person is assessed from different perspectives (e.g. own, supervisor, peers, employees, clients, project staff). This method is used in the following situations:

  • Positioning and further development
  • Identification of learning fields

Procedure of an analysis session

The implementation of your 360° feedback normally proceeds as follows:

  1. Company logs in and enters the participants into a template
  2. The completed template gets uploaded
  3. Involved people are informed by e-mail and fill in the corresponding questionnaire
  4. Afterwards, the results or the evaluation can be downloaded

Evaluation of the 360° feedback

After completing the online survey, the evaluation can be downloaded as a PDF file. The results are presented simply and clearly. We recommend to discuss the results in detail in a feedback discussion, which can be conducted either internally or with a future-cube consultant.

With a 360° feedback, you receive an assessment of your own competences and your behaviour from different perspectives. In the process, different people - so-called feedback givers - from your professional environment are interviewed by means of a questionnaire: superiors, peers, employees, customers, project staff.

360° feedback can be used for different purposes. For example, you can use it in the following situations:

All data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. You can access your results independently via your login. The employees of future-cube will only view your results if you have any questions or if you use one of our training offers.
